**We stand by the quality of our books. If yours arrives damaged, we’ll replace it—nothing else to fill in, no hoops to jump through.**

1. Replacement Window
14 calendar days from the date you receive the parcel.

2. What qualifies as “damaged”?
Torn or creased pages or cover
Water or liquid damage
Printing errors (missing pages, inverted text, major colour streaks)
Packaging crush that visibly harms the book
Normal wear from handling or minor shipping scuffs do not qualify.

3. How to request a replacement
Email : info@marthadapa.co.za within 14 days.
Attach photos of the damage and include your order number.
We’ll confirm within one working day and ship a brand-new copy at our cost.

4. No refunds, exchanges or returns beyond damage
Because each book is inspected before dispatch and reading enjoyment is subjective, we do not offer:
“Change-of-mind” returns
Refunds once the parcel is delivered in good condition
Exchanges for a different title or format

5. Shipping & costs
Replacement copy ships free via Courier Guy to the same address as the original order.
You do not need to return the damaged copy unless we explicitly request it.
